Next Level Demos: Sales Demos That Close Prospects

You have some leads, they are very interested in your product/service. But what to do next? How to close and onboard your prospects? How to turn them into paying customers? Or even fans?

Join our new sales-related program to find out.

Next Level Demos is structured to respond to burning issues startups face when they communicate and negotiate with their leads and prospects. We invited proven sales experts to share their knowledge and create a new hands-on program to help you master advanced sales skills.

The program will help you:

  • understand actual needs of your customers,
  • learn how to do effective demos,
  • become proficient in onboarding your customers.

WHAT is this program about?

The program aims to help teams learn how to sell their products and services worldwide. To be more specific, we want to help you discover more about your customers, learn how to do demos, and onboard and nurture your clients.

At the end of the program, you should have:

  • The step-by-step customer discovery script,
  • Demo call scenario,
  • Defined onboarding process.

WHO is running the program?

Katrin Kiviselg

Katrin helps startups from Baltics develop their sales communication, strategy and increase their sales efficiency. She is scpecialized in outbound sales and creating a sales playbook.

Patrick Collins

Patrick is an entrepreneur and sales consultant. For the past 6 years he is helping startups with all aspects of sales – from lead generation and marketing to closing deals and customer service.

WHOM is this program for?

Startups that are a perfect fit for the program should have:

Product or service that they develop

Desire to learn and improve their sales game

Courage to talk to their customers

Even if the program is advanced, you don’t need a large team or a dedicated sales-only person.

WHEN will the program start?

The Sales 2.0 program starts on November 17th, 2021.

Applications are open till November 12th, so hurry up and secure your seat in this fantastic ride.

HOW will the program look?

Starting from November 17th, we will meet each Wednesday for the next three weeks.

The program includes three different workshops, and each covers a part of the Sales process and channels.

1. Discovery Calls by Katrin - November 17th, 2021
The goal of the discovery call is to understand and/or create a need for your product/service. We will go over the beginning stages of the sales process and craft the process of your discovery calls with your potential clients.

The outcome: You will understand your discovery call and
write it down step by step.

2. Demo calls by Katrin, November 24th, 2021
What is typically done wrong in demo calls is that they are done “onboarding-style”: “Click here and insert X and then click to the next page – ya-da-ya-da”. How to change the demo call so that the potential customer “feels” your product emotionally, not just tries to justify the purchase logically.

The outcome: You will have written out your own demo-call structure and flow.

3. Onboarding by Patrick, December 1st, 2021
To scale your business, you need to ensure you are keeping your customers and reducing churn. Teams will learn how to onboard customers through manual and automation from a trial to paying customers and upsell their products.

The outcome: Teams will have a full plan on converting trial users to paying customers, knowing which software to use, setting realistic goals for conversion and churn, and scaling their customer base without needing to scale their team.

Workshop format

Training will last a full day and will be split into a few sessions:

  • 09:00 – 10:30 – presentation, introducing ideas and new techniques
  • 10:30 – 11:30 – break
  • 11:30 – 13:00 – interactive workshop and teamwork
  • 13:00 – 14:00 – break for lunch and complete the worksheets
  • 14:00 – 15:30 – presenting work and Q&A time

At the end of each day, teams will have a completed worksheet, and will be able to apply the ideas the next day with practical frameworks.

After the workshop

We know that you have many things to do; after all, you are running a business. But, we expect you to be present at all workshops and be committed to improving your sales process. And after a workshop, you will not have any additional obligations from our side – no homework and no must-do things.

However, if you want to work on some of the materials or sales issues you have, we will help. In addition, Katrin and Patrick will be available week-round, and you can schedule individual consulting with them.
